With a career that began in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Translator, Araceli maintains a strong connection to the field through her ongoing work in a mental-health setting. Her greatest passion is her children, who are transitioning into adulthood and exploring their own interests and life paths. Outside of work, Araceli enjoys a full-cycle approach to food and sustainability—growing what she can, sharing meals with loved ones, and composting food scraps to create nutrient-rich soil.
