Christina Erickson Christina brings over 15 years of experience in medical and mental health billing, along with a strong background in healthcare management, to her role as Office Manager at Montes Psychiatric Center. Her in-depth knowledge of both patient care and billing processes allows her to provide exceptional support to patients and front-end staff alike, ensuring every experience is smooth, informed, and compassionate. Christina’s dual expertise in healthcare administration and patient relations enables her to serve as a vital link between clinical providers and the individuals seeking care. Whether assisting with scheduling, navigating insurance, or answering billing questions, she is committed to creating a welcoming, well-organized environment for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, Christina is a proud mother of four children—ages 17, 15, 11, and 10—and enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family. She is currently completing her bachelor’s in social work and plans to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), deepening her commitment to supporting mental health and well-being from both administrative and clinical perspectives. |
