Marcy Macias Marcy Macias is a skilled Medical Assistant currently working as a Medical Receptionist at Montes Psychiatric Center. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare—including roles in hospitals and ophthalmology offices—Marcy brings a lively, knowledgeable presence to the front desk and a genuine passion for helping others. Although English is her first language, Marcy learned Spanish as an adult and is able to comfortably communicate with our Spanish-speaking patients. Her ability to connect with a wide range of people helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, Marcy is a proud mom and wife to a very lucky family who gets to enjoy her incredible cooking. If you ever catch the office smelling like a home-cooked meal, it’s probably lunchtime—and Marcy has brought something delicious for the team. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is always looking for ways to lend a hand.
