Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing psychiatric practice. This position focuses on providing individual therapy to adult patients in a supportive, outpatient setting.
You’ll play an important role in helping patients through assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment for emotional and behavioral health challenges, as well as supporting them in managing ongoing mental health and wellness goals.

Schedule Options:
Monday through Friday
Weekend availability (optional)
Compensation: $25,000 – $100,000 per year (depending on schedule and experience)
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities available
Work Environment While in-person visits are preferred, clinicians may also provide virtual appointments, either from the office or from home, depending on patient needs and scheduling preferences.
The clinic also offers dedicated space for group therapy sessions for clinicians interested in facilitating groups as part of their practice.

Requirements
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
